Have been consuming these protein diskettes for quite some time. I like the chocolate flavor. The packaging is excellent with multiple layers, a plastic cap, a tin cap, a metal sheet to be torn before use and plastic enclosed diskettes. There are 11 diskettes in each slip, total 55 diskettes in this 275 g box. Good source of protein, light snack to sustain energy in between meals.
