Threptin Health Pudding

Ingredients for preparation:

Threptin Biscuits – 10
Eggs -2
Milk – One small bowl (200 ml)
Honey – 2 Teaspoon

Ingredients for Garnishing:

Threptin Biscuits – 10
Dry Fruits- Pistachio, Almond and Cashew nuts – Grounded to a coarse powder
Few whole Almonds
Honey – ½ Teaspoon for brushing.

Preparation:

First fine crush the 20 Threptin Biscuits to a fine powder. Once done, divide the same into two equal parts and keep aside in two different bowls. Each bowl to have powder of 10 Threptin biscuits each.

Crack the eggs and pour into a container and beat the same finely with a balloon whisk.

Add milk into this container.

Add one bowl of the crushed THREPTIN biscuit powder. Add 2 teaspoon honey.
Stir and mix this batter very well.

Now pour this batter into an aluminum cake container and steam the same in a cooker for 20 minutes without whistle.

Once this is done, gently remove the container and keep it aside for garnishing.

Garnishing:

Brush the pudding top surface entirely with the ½ teaspoon honey which has been kept aside.

Sprinkle the second bowl of Threptin Biscuits powder on the pudding over the honey coated surface so as to cover the top surface of the pudding completely.

Now sprinkle the coarse crushed dry fruits powder (Pistachio, Almond and Cashew nuts) onto the pudding top surface which is covered with Threptin Biscuits powder.

Refrigerate this for about one hour for cooling.

After one hour, remove from the fridge and cut into six equal parts. Place one whole almond on each of the six parts
