Threptin Coconut laddu (Narkel Naru in Bengali)

Ingredients: 

  • 2 Cups of Grated Coconut
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 150 g of Jaggery (gud) and 10 Pcs of Threptin Diskette (Crushed to powder).
  • In a bowl mix all the ingredients.
  • Mix it properly. Put a kadai on the gas oven and pour the mixture in it.
  • Start stirring the mixture until it becomes thick, sticky and brown.
  • When it becomes sticky put off the flame and let the entire paste cool down.
  • After it cools down, take a small portion and make a small ball.
  • The Threptin Narkel Naru or Threptin Coconut Laddu is ready to eat
