Threptin Coated Hand Rolled Truffles

Ingredients

  1. Threptin Lite diskettes – 12 pcs
  2. Sugarfree dark chocolate – 250 gms
  3. Cooking cream – 120 ml
  4. Dry fruits – 50 gms
METHOD
  1. Semi boil the cooking cream and add grated sugarfree dark chocolate and mix well.
  2. Bring the mixture to room temperature and mix WELL, ADD half of crusted Threptin Lite, dry fruits and mix well.
  3. Shape round, roll over crusted Threptin Lite Diskettes and arrange on a plate.
  4. Garnish and decorate with shreds of dry fruits and chocolate works.
