Mango Millefeuille

Ingredients

  1. Threptin Lite diskettes – 12 nos.
  2. Thick custard mixture (without sugar) – 1 Cup
  3. Finely diced mango – 1/2 Cup
  4. Whipped cream for topping
  5. Dry fruits to decorate
METHOD
  1. Arrange one Threptin Lite diskette as a base.
  2. Pipe custard mixture and add few diced mangoes and cover with a Threptin Lite diskette.
  3. Again add ingredients as the previous layer and cover with a Threptin Lite diskette.
  4. Arrange diced mangoes on top and add little whipped cream.
  5. Arrange on a platter and serve with decoration of dry fruits.
