Chhenamisu

Ingredients

  1. Custard powder – 25 gms
  2. Milk – 200 ml 
  3. Threptin Lite diskettes – 08 nos
  4. Coffee decoction  20 ml 
  5. Chhena (Dehydrated) – 60 to 70 Gms
  6. Whipped cream – 60 ml 
  7. Cocoa powder to sprinkle
  8. Coffee beans tgarnish
METHOD
  1. Prepare the custard with milk, set & cool. 
  2. Prepare a coffee decoction with lukewarm water & powdered coffee, it must be strong. 
  3. Mix the custard with chhena, whipped cream & coffee powder.
  4. Break & soak Threptin Lite diskettes in coffee decoction 
  5. Take a martini/cocktail/fancy glass, first line a layer with soaked Threptin Lite diskettes, then the custard mix, put some coffee decoction and spread little cocoa powder. 
  6. Make 2 or 3 layers depending on the glass.
  7. Put it in the refrigerator to set. 
  8. Garnish with cocoa powder, coffee beans & crusted Threptin Lite diskettes.
