Tastes yukk. Ordered for my one year old son as heard a lot about it from my in-laws and many more people. M not sure how healthy it is but when it comes to taste i won’t recommend it much. Neither my son likes it not we as adults would appreciate it.

Nice small diskettes. You can eat 4-5 easily in one small meal. I ordered chocolate flavor and taste is good. The unflavored version taste even better.
