Have been consuming these protein diskettes for quite some time. I like the chocolate flavor. The packaging is excellent with multiple layers, a plastic cap, a tin cap, a metal sheet to be torn before use and plastic enclosed diskettes. There are 11 diskettes in each slip, total 55 diskettes in this 275 g box. Good source of protein, light snack to sustain energy in between meals.

Just Wow!! This is the first time, I tried lite version. I received the iconic circular, tin box before time. Diskettes are fresh & crunchy, free of any flavor & unnecessary sugar. This has become my new favorite among all variants. All my life, i ate only chocolate flavoured threptin, but this is actually better & best among all variants. I eat 2 Diskettes at 11:am & 2 at 4pm, every day & it is better option than snacking on junk loaded with excessive sugar / sodium. I will order 1kg box of lite now. This is a perfect solution to my - twice a day - hunger pangs!! Also, I always keep 1 coil of diskettes in my bag as a replacement of street food while traveling / during outdoors. Eating threptin diskettes is super healthy & super fun!!!!!

Quick small meal
Nice small diskettes. You can eat 4-5 easily in one small meal. I ordered chocolate flavor and taste is good. The unflavored version taste even better.
