Ingredients
- Threptin Lite diskettes – 12 nos.
- Thick custard mixture (without sugar) – 1 Cup
- Finely diced mango – 1/2 Cup
- Whipped cream for topping
- Dry fruits to decorate
METHOD
- Arrange one Threptin Lite diskette as a base.
- Pipe custard mixture and add few diced mangoes and cover with a Threptin Lite diskette.
- Again add ingredients as the previous layer and cover with a Threptin Lite diskette.
- Arrange diced mangoes on top and add little whipped cream.
- Arrange on a platter and serve with decoration of dry fruits.
