Ingredients
- threptin diskettes 2
- milk 1 cup
- sugar 1cup
- water 1 cup
- ghee 1 tsp
- cardamom powder to taste
- fresh cream 1 tsp
Dry fruits and kesar for decorations method
- take 2 diskettes of threptin. Break it into fine powder.
- pour water and sugar in a pan. Make the syrup , add cardamom powder and kesar. Keep aside.
- take another pan. Pour milk and ghee. Heat the milk till it boils. While boiling add threptin powder in it slowly Stir it regularly. Steam for a few minutes. Put a flame off.
- add the fresh cream in the dough and make small balls.
- fry these balls in the ghee or refined oil till it turns into Golden colour.
- remove it and put into the syrup.
- garnish with dry fruits and kesar.
