Ingredients

  1. Threptin Lite diskettes – 08 nos. 
  2. Whipped cream – 40 ml
  3. Assorted melon scoops – 08 nos. 
  4. Chopped pistachio to sprinkle
METHOD
  1. Place the Threptin Lite diskettes, pipe out whipped cream in small quantity to act as a base.
  2. Place the melon scoops and arrange on a platter.
  3. Sprinkle chopped pistachio
