Berry Custard Biscuit Pudding

Ingredients

  1. Custard powder – 25 gms
  2. Milk – 250 ml
  3. Blueberry pulp – 25 gms
  4. Finely chopped strawberry – 2 nos.
  5. Strawberry compote with 6 to 8 strawberries
  6. Whipped cream – 25 gms
  7. Threptin Lite diskettes – 8 to 10 nos.
  8. Strawberries to garnish
  9. Mint to garnish
METHOD
  1. Prepare a thick custard with milk and custard powder, cool and refrigerate to set.
  2. Prepare a sugarless strawberry compote and bring it to room temperature and mix with whipped cream.
  3. Take fancy shot glasses, smear the glasses with blueberry pulp and strawberry compote.
  4. Add finely chopped strawberries in the bottom layer, then make layers with fine Threptin Lite Diskettes crushed, Blueberry pulp and strawberry compote and Cream Mixture.
  5. Top to have some more chopped strawberries.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint and strawberries.
